The COMvantage Philosophy: We believe in a honest pricing strategy. This means we try to make a fair margin all items we sell. Some companies like to have one product they sell below cost to draw you to their site and then they hope that they can make a large profit on other items they sell to you. We like to think if you buy all your computer needs from us, you will save more than buying from a place that has an irregular pricing strategy and you will save valuable time. Occasionally we do find product for an extraordinary low price or we may have over bought, in this case, we will run specials and quantity could be limited. Quality: We only buy name brand quality items. We feel this philosophy benefits you and us. We don't want to sell items that have an unacceptable occurrence of failure and will eventually need to be replaced. This would only drive up prices and waste time. We stand behind the computers and components we sell. Quantity Discounts: We encourage quantity purchasing by giving quantity discounts. The discount price begins at the discount quantity as stated in the item description. We pass them on to you in the form of a rebate. The rebate will by mailed to the buyer after the return period has passed. The rebate will be mailed to the order's Billing address. This rebate check will be made payable to the Company Name if provided, else it will be made to the buyer full name. The amount of the rebate will be displayed both in the shopping cart page and on the final receipt. If you have any special request about your rebate address, please E-mail Rebate@comvantage.com Warranty: COMvantage built computers have a three year parts and labor warranty. The only expense you will have to worry about is shipping the product to us. We reserve the right to void a warranty if there was a product failure because of misuse or mishandling. Misuse does include over-clocking the system's processor, so do that at your own risk. Individual components have a thirty day warranty through us, then the manufacturers warranty take over. Almost all products we sell have a manufacturer's of at least one year; many have a three year manufacturer's warranty. Return Policy:
All products except software have a thirty day money back or exchange return
policy based on the shipping date unless stated otherwise. These returns
will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Software is non-refundable
unless it is in its sealed factory packaging. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
Also, if we have (or the market has) lowered the price of the
item you are returning, the restocking fee will go against this
price. This usually only applies to memory and processors. All
computers and retailed box items must be return must be returned
in the original box. If they are not they are subject to an additional
charge. Returned
items must also include the original invoice. COMvantage does
reserve the right to adjust this policy in special circumstances.
All returns must have an RMA number. RMA's must be received within
fifteen days to be valid. To receive an RMA number please E-mail
RMA@comvantage.com. Within your mail please include: Customer Service and Technical Support: In case you have a product you need help with during installation, please contact us by sending E-mail to Support@comvantage.com. Please state the item you need help with (order number will further help us). Please state your problem or product question in a clear manner. Also, please include a phone number and best time to call so they we may call you back to do a walk-through if needed. We will try to respond within one business day. For technical support beyond installation, a hourly rate for consultation may apply. Delivery: Most credit card approved orders are shipped within 2 business days. Our shipping prices reflect UPS ground and handling cost. We will soon be adding the ability to choose a carrier and plan to our site. We prefer credit card payment on all orders. If you do pay be
check or money order though, your order will be held till we
receive your payment via mail. On your payment include the referenced
order number, or print the order receipt and mail that in with
your payment. Mail payments to: Typos: We are not responsible for typographical errors. They do and will happen, but hopefully not often. If they do happen please let us know, and we will make the correction as soon as possible.
